1. Early terminate powers of Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC, Olesya Imasheva on her initiative, from May 20, 2014;

2. Elect Lyazzat Satiyeva to the position of Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC, from May 20, 2014 for a term up to December 31, 2014;

3. Early terminate powers of Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC, Ainagul Dauletbayeva, on her initiative from May 22, 2014;

4. Elect Aigerym Zhaparova as a Managing Director, Member of the Management Board of BTA Bank JSC from May 22, 2014 for a term up to December 31, 2014;
