OREANDA-NEWS. May 23, 2014. Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has paid interest on the third coupon of its Series BO-01 bonds (Issue Identification Number 4B020101470B of September 6, 2012).

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 8.25% per annum, or 40 rubles 91 kopecks per exchange-traded bond. In all, the Bank paid out 184,883,458 rubles 43 kopecks in interest on 4,519,273 outstanding exchange-traded bonds.

Sviaz-Bank offered its first issue of three-year exchange-traded bonds by public subscription on the floor of the MICEX Stock Exchange on November 1, 2012 to raise 5 billion rubles.
