In April, S7 Group, Moscow Domodedovo Airport partner, performed the greatest number of flights without delays and has been holding the first place in the punctuality contest for the fourth straight month. Among the leaders, there are such companies as: Transaero, Saratov Airlines, Severstal, Air Berlin, Austrian Airlines, NIKI and Germania.

Moscow Domodedovo Airport sums up the Most Punctual Airlines Contest on a monthly basis in eight categories - depending on frequency of flights and maximum take-off mass of aircraft. S7 Group airlines demonstrated the best performance in the first category as they operated 2,619 on-time flights. Transaero became the winner in the second category - 1,229 flights without delays. Saratov Airlines became the winner in the third category as it operated 141 punctual flights. Severstal won in the fourth category as it operated 37 flights without delays.

Foreign airlines, partners of Moscow Domodedovo Airport, contested in a separate group. Air Berlin Airlines operated 145 flights with the legendary German punctuality, thus taking a leadership position in the fifth category. Austrian Airlines operated 86 on-time flights and headed the sixth category. Leadership in the seventh and eighth categories went to NIKI (60 punctual flights) and Germania (16 punctual flights), respectively.

Moscow Domodedovo Airport has been holding the monthly Most Punctual Airlines Contest over a distance of more than 6 years, and it is an effective tool for improving the quality of the air carrier service. During the contest period, the number of partners of the air hub increased by one third. As of early April 2014, 86 airlines operate flights to 242 domestic and international destinations from Moscow Domodedovo Airport, 87 out of which are unique for the Moscow Air Hub.
