OREANDA-NEWS. May 21, 2014. Substantial changes have taken place in the shareholders structure of AS „Meridian Trade Bank", which are as follows:
 
Structure of shareholders include natural and legal persons, which are EU residents, non of which has acquired qualifying holding;

Mrs. Ilze Pudiste has been elected to take the position of the Chairwoman of the Council, Mr. Goca Tutberidze has been elected for the position of the Deputy of the Chairwoman of the Council and Mrs. Natalja Prohorova has been elected to be the member of the Council;

The new Board includes:

- Svetlana Dzene (Chairwoman of the Board)
- Ivars Lapins (Deputy of the Chairwoman of the Board)
- Maija Treija (Member of the Board)
- Sergejs Golubcikovs (Member of the Board)
- Dmitrijs Kozlovs (Member of the Board).
