Kazakhtelecom Launches ORLEU Update Program
OREANDA-NEWS. May 21, 2014. Kazakhtelecom JSC starts to realize ORLEU update program, directed to a long-term company’s success and strengthening of leading positions on the market. The program directed to company’s efficiency raise and personal growth of each employee.
ORLEU program was developed by McKinsey specialists within execution of the clause 9 of Minutes of extraordinary meeting of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna JSC on necessity to revise company’s development strategy.
As noted Batyr Makhanbetazhiyev, Chief director for strategic management of Kazakhtelecom JSC, in the basis of the Program is three key principles – client oriented, efficiency, speed of innovations implementation. ORLEU means not only such a significant notion as "development", but has more deep meaning– "moving up". Modern markets realities look as every day brings changes to infocommunications, clients need growing, business environemtn conditions become more difficult. All this requires changes and in business model and organizational structure as well", - underlined Б.Makhanbetazhiyev.
Directed to processes efficiency growth the Program of upgrade is focused to Kazakhteelcom clients and their needs.
