OREANDA-NEWS. A fresh version of ABBYY business cards managing software for iOS now provides synchronization of captured contacts across user's mobile devices for greater flexibility in business communication.

The new sync feature offers reliable backup for and easy restoration of all existing contacts via ABBYY's own cloud storage. It also delivers instant access to ever updating contact database for multiple iOS-based devices of the same user, including iPhone, iPad and iPod.

Additionally, the new version ensures twice as faster cards shooting and processing for most iPhone models.

Based on the cutting-edge Mobile OCR Engine technology by ABBYY, Business Card Reader 7.0 for iOS quickly and accurately recognizes contact data from business cards in as many as 21 languages and automatically saves them in Contacts, SalesForce CRM or app's own digital storage - the CardHolder.

The new contacts can be used right away for dialing up, writing e-mails, finding additional information in social networks (LinkedIn®, Facebook®, Twitter®) and street addresses using mapping services; they can also be marked and searched by geotags. In addition, iOS and Android users of the program can create and swiftly exchange their digital business cards via Wi-Fi connection.
