OREANDA-NEWS. May 15, 2014. Samples of Omsk polypropylene of РР H030 GP and РР H031 BF grades successfully passed expertise on conformance with requirements of European Union for plastic materials which contact with food products.

After appropriate lab tests on common and specific migration experts confirmed that “Poliom” products conform with requirements foreseen by EU Regulation No 10/2011 on Plastic Materials and Articles Contacting with Food Products.

Let us mention, that in 2013 propylene manufactured by the Omsk Polypropylene Plant also successfully passed registration in conformance with requirements of European Parliament and European Union Ministers’ Council Regulation concerning registration, evaluation, approval and restriction of chemical substances (REACH).

Fulfillment of REACH regulation requirements is an essential part of work of any enterprise in chemical and petrochemical branch which supplies goods to Europe.
