OREANDA-NEWS. May 14, 2014. Sviaz-Bank has acted as an authorized lead manager of a USD60 million syndicated loan made to AccessBank, Azerbaijan, for a period of 12 months.

Other authorized lead managers of the transaction included Raiffeisen Bank International AG, Austria (Financial Registrar of the transaction), АКА Ausfuhrkredit-Gesellschaft m.b.h., Germany, Banca Transilvania S.A. Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Zenith Bank, OJSC, Russia, Burgan Bank S.A.K., Kuwait, and Credit Europe Bank N.V., The Netherlands.

Transaction managing underwriters included Trade Bank N.V., The Netherlands, Baltikums Bank AS, Latvia, Chang Hwa Commercial Bank Ltd., London branch, Eurocity Bank AG, Germany, KDB Bank Europe Ltd., Hungary, Mega International Commercial Bank Co. Ltd., Amsterdam branch, Misr Bank-Europe GmbH, Germany, and Siauliu Bankas AB, Lithuania. Another two banks, Banque de Commerce et de Placements SA, Switzerland, and Oberbank AG, Austria, joined in the transaction as lead managers.
