OREANDA-NEWS. May 13, 2014. Moldovan railways state enterprise resumed the selling of tickets for train routes to Russia after the date of 27 may 2014, according to a press release by the Transport and Road Infrastructure Ministry.

The Ukrzaliznita railways enterprise informed the Moldovan authority about the approval of the schedule of trains movement and the re-launch of ticket beforehand sale to all routes transiting Ukraine.

The ticket sale for Chisinau-Moscow and Chisinau- Sankt Petersburg routes were opened.

After a previous announcement by the Ukrainian authorities on the non-approval of railway schedules, the sale of tickets for trains’ routes from Chisinau to Russia was made until 27 May. By resuming the sale for the subsequent dates, it was avoided the ceasing of the trains movement to Russia.
