OREANDA-NEWS. During the period of 1-30 April 2014, construction works in Sonyachna Brama residential complex were carried out according to the schedule.

The following works were performed in the three residential buildings of the third construction phase: wall plastering works in apartments and common areas completed in building B-12, facade works 80% complete in building B-13, facade and roofing works underway in building B-14, facade works 85% complete in the office building. Construction works are also underway in the underground parking areas G7/10 and G8/11.

Another power transforming substation is being mounted for the new phase of the project, and landscaping works in the internal park are underway.

Completion of the third phase of Sonyachna Brama residential complex is scheduled for the end of H1 2014.
