OREANDA-NEWS. May 12, 2014. The Annual General Meeting of COSCO Corporation (Singapore) Ltd was held at Suntec Convention Center in Singapore.

Mr. Li Yun Peng, President of COSCO Group and Chairman of COSCO Corporation chaired the meeting. Mr. Wang Yu Hang, Executive Vice President of COSCO Group and Director of COSCO Corporation, Mr. Wu Zi Heng, Vice Chairman and President of COSCO Corporation, Mr. Liu Lian An, Executive Director of COSCO Corporation and independent directors of COSCO Corporation Mr. Tom Yee Lat Shing, Mr. Wang Kai Yuen, Mr. Er Kwong Wah and Mr. Ang Swee Tian together with management members and over 200 shareholders attended the meeting.

In his remarks, Mr. Li Yun Peng extended his appreciation to all the shareholders for their great support over past years. He briefed shareholders the latest business growth of the company and affirmed the board will continue to lead the management and staff to create a better return for all shareholders.

All resolutions on financial report, director’s report, auditor’s report as well as annual dividend and director’s re-elections were passed at the AGM. Director and management members answered questions from the shareholders at the meeting.
