The sole shareholder of Uniastrum Bank (LLC) resolved on April 30, 2014 to approve the 2013 annual financial statements, approve Ernst & Young Vneshaudit ZAO as the auditor of the bank's 2014 statements and elect members of the Board of Directors for the period till the nest annual meeting of shareholders.

The newly elected Board of Directors includes: George Piskov (Chairman), Gagik Zakaryan, Board members of the Bank of Cyprus: Ioannis Zografakis, Konstantinos Katsaros, Andreas Yasemides, Marinos Gialeli, executive directors of the Bank of Cyprus Miltiades Michaelas, Michalis Athanasiou, independent director Alexander Brechalov.
