Energy Consulting jointly with Nakisa presented an experience, best practices and implementation experience in SAP solutions focused on talent management visualization within the framework of the 10th specialized exhibition for HRM, Training and Development held in Moscow. The exhibition "Personnel Moscow" is annually attended by approximately 3 500 specialists.

Within the framework of the business part of the exhibition, Vladimir Gvozdkov, Deputy Executive Director of Energy Consulting, introduced his report highlighting how the Company helps to solve different HR management tasks in Russia and the CIS countries through Nakisa solutions.

In particular, attendees have got some information on efficient arrangements for the talent searching, development and retaining in one of the largest oil and gas companies of Russia via Nakisa-based SAP Talent Visualization solution, as well as they have seen visual processes for executive talent pool formation.
