OREANDA-NEWS. Rafiga Huseynzadeh, SOCAR vice-president for ecology, received the delegation of the Republic of Hungary.
The delegation was comprised of Borbala Czako, Ambassador of Hungary to the UK, Global Director at Ernst & Young, Ezster Maria Szabo, Chief of “Citibank International” Hungarian Office, Violetta Nagy, Chief of the International Development Department of Hungary-UK Chamber of Trade, and others. During the event, Rafiga Huseynzadeh informed the guests on achievements of the country within energy strategy, SOCAR’s regional and foreign projects and environmental operations, emphasizing the special care by the President Ilham Aliyev to this sphere. She also briefed on charity actions conducted in the country and abroad on the initiative of Mehriban Aliyeva, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, which caused big interest in the guests. Afterwards, Ms. Huseynzadeh reported on the operations of the State Committee on Family, Women and Children Affairs in Azerbaijan. In turn, delegation members spoke about their fields of operation and discussed possible cooperation perspectives between the two countries.
