OREANDA-NEWS. Blagoveshchensk Valves Plant (BVP OJSC, based in the Republic of Bashkortostan, part of United Metallurgical Company, OMK CJSC) obtained licenses from the Federal Environmental, Technological, and Nuclear Supervision Service to construct and manufacture equipment for nuclear facilities.

The factory is planning to supply nuclear energy companies with pipe fittings, cast plug wedges, swing check valves, spring pressure relieve valves, and other equipment.

“Permission to construct and produce equipment for nuclear facilities will enable the company to considerably expand its sales outlets and will give us an edge over other pipe fittings manufacturers,” said Oleg Fyodorov, BVP's Technical Development Director.
