OREANDA-NEWS. May 07, 2014. SME Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) intends to invest up to RUB 100 million for establishing aninnovative enterprise producing polycarbonate in the Krasnoyarsk Krai.

The composite material replaces metals and conventional polymers likepolyamide, ftoroplast, polypropylene, polyethylene in many segments of industry and agriculture.

Peter Tarasov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of SME Bank, presenting the project at a press briefing at the Krasnoyarsk Economic Forum pointed out: “The launch of polycarbonate production in Russia will enable to improve efficiency of many domestic enterprises by implementation of innovative technologies at affordable prices. The Bank intends to intensify financing of such enterprise sand develop a credit productline in order to make banking products more affordable, attractive and convenient for entrepreneurs”.
