OREANDA-NEWS. May 07, 2014. SME Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) intends to provide RUB 217 million for support to SMEs in the Urals Federal District (UFD).

The resources are allocated under Leasing – Targeted and Leasing – SME Regional Potential credit products and will be provided to SMEs via Expert-Leasing and UralPromLeasing.

The resources are predominantly earmarked for the Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Kurgan and Perm Regions but will be available for other UFD regions as well. The resources will be channeled for modernization and renovation of fixed assets of real economy enterprises – purchase of modern equipment and specialmachinery.

According to the Bank’s Analytical Center since the beginning of the SME Lending Support Program’s implementation in UFD 1 371 SMEs have received leasing  support for RUB 13 billion.
