OREANDA-NEWS. On 13 September, 2013 Nordecon AS submitted a claim against Tivoli Arendus OU to the court. The subject matter of the claim is inter alia the financial claim in the amount of 174 552 EUR and stopping the realisation of the guarantee letter issued to Tivoli Arendus OU by Nordecon AS.

As a response to the claim of Nordecon AS, on 30 April, 2014 Tivoli Arendus OU submitted to the court a counter claim against Nordecon AS. With the counter claim Tivoli Arendus OU is demanding 1 319 231,90 EUR to be paid by Nordecon AS.
