OREANDA-NEWS. Expert RA rating agency has assigned A++ reliability rating (High grade) to bonded loans of Vneshprombank Ltd., series 02, БО-02 и БО-03 (registration numbers: 40203261B, 4B020203261B, 4B020303261B).

It is worth mentioning that the bonds reliability rating coincides with the issuer's credit rating (А++ High grade, stable prognosis). According to the agency's analysts, the bond credit quality and the issuer's credit rating will coincide in the future as well, therefore if the issuer's credit rating changes, the bond reliability rating will be reviewed.

The bank rating is positively influenced by the low concentration of active transactions with high-risk facilities (as of 01.03.2014, the ratio between high-risk to assets net of reserves made 10.7%), moderately high capital adequacy level (Н1.0=13.9% as of 01.03.2014), and high bank profitability (ROE=17.8%; ROA=2.2% following 2013 results net of post balance sheet events).

Let us remind you that Vneshprombank started its operations in July 1995. According to Interfax' Economic Analysis Centre, following Q1 2014 results the Bank takes 39th place in terns of net assets (RUB 172,793,328k). As far as equity capital is concerned (according to the agency, it made RUB 13,510,179k), the Bank is on the 50th place.
