BUCE Representative Speaks at Belarus-Kazakhstan IT Business Forum
OREANDA-NEWS. On April 23, 2014 the Second Belarus-Kazakhstan IT business forum took place in Minsk as part of TIBO-2014 exhibition. Vladimir Torchik, BUCE Head of Information and Analysis, was among the participants. Together with Anna Povilan, Softclub Ltd. Head of Exchange Systems Development, he delivered a report titled “Function software if the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange as a means of integrating commodity markets of the Customs Union”. The participants of the forum received detailed information about “ICG Exchange auctions” and “Procurement” software solutions developed by BUCE and Softclub Ltd. This software automates the exchange auction process and ensures effective interplay between exchange trade participants.
Anna Povilan, in her turn, shared the experience of cooperation with BUCE in software development and noted that the proposed creation of the East-European universal trading platform is going to become yet another ambitious project to be implemented by BUCE and Softclub Ltd.
BUCE representative also held talks with the administration of Kazakh Association of IT Companies and Center of Electronic Commerce. The sides discussed promising areas of cooperation and agreed to come up with specific projects that could be implemented in the near future.
