OREANDA-NEWS. April 29, 2014. The International Bank of Azerbaijan and the Berkeley Group Holdings have embarked on a new project that would allow VIP customers of the bank buy property in London.

Alexandra Stack, Sales Manager at Berkeley International, said the IBA customers could purchase flats in London through both in-cash payments and mortgage loans.

She said the prices were varying from 340,000 to 25 million pounds.

Stack added the flats would be built and designed under famous architectures and designers.
