OREANDA-NEWS. April 24, 2014. Bugulma Mechanical Plant of JSC TATNEFT has manufactured a vertical compressed air receiver for the "TANECO" Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex.

The receiver is designed to store the air at the delayed coker of JSC "TANECO" and equalize the compressed air pressure and control its surge when feeding to the stationary compressor.
The Bugulma Mechanical Plant won the order for manufacturing the vertical compressed air receiver with allowable pressure of 10.2 kgf/cm2, 200 m3 volume, 3,200 mm diameter, weighing more than 33,480 kg and   25,190 mm long at the end of 2013.

It is a good experience for the Bugulma mechanical plant in manufacturing this kind of large-scale equipment. The receiver with such parameters has been manufactured by the plant for the first time.

A phased schedule of production operations was elaborated as part of the industrial work organization, which allowed completing assembly and welding works within a short period of time. The Customer representatives have successfully performed control of the manufactured equipment quality requirements.

At the moment the receiver is being prepared to be sent to the construction site of "TANECO".
This is not the first piece of equipment manufactured for the Nizhnekamsk Complex. Due to successfully implemented innovations the plant  started manufacturing  air cooler   units (AVO) for the "TANECO" Refining and Petrochemical Plants Complex. The plant also  manufactured and delivered modular design AVG-BG air coolers   for the Nizhnekamsk Complex (NPiNHZ).
