Ingosstrakh Pays RUR 30 mln Due to Damage of Norilsky Nickel Vessel
OREANDA-NEWS. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company paid insurance compensation of about RUR 30 m due to the damage to diesel-electric ship Norilsk Nickel owned by Mining and Metallurgical Company Norilsk Nickel OJSC.
The vessel was insured by Ingosstrakh Insurance Company under hull insurance policy with the liability for the total loss and damage. Upon the completion of the required expert examination, Ingosstrakh Insurance Company paid the owner of the vessel insurance compensation pursuant to the terms of the insurance agreement.
Ingosstrakh Insurance Company has cooperated with MMC Norilsk Nickel OJSC in the sphere of marine insurance since 2010. Ingosstrakh Insurance Company provides insurance protection for 7 vessels owned by the company.
