OREANDA-NEWS. The amount of premium collected by branches within the scope of the North-Western Regional Center of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company equaled RUR 1.1 bn in 2013.

The amount of insurance premium for optional insurance other than life insurance totaled RUR 699.4 m (12% increment), including collections for personal insurance at RUR 38.6 m, for property insurance, other than liability insurance, at RUR 616.6 m (14% increment), and liability insurance at RUR 44.2 m; MOD insurance collections at RUR 282.3 m, collections of premium for compulsory third party-liability insurance of hazardous facility owner against infliction of harm due to hazardous facility accident at RUR 32.9 m (38% increment), collections for other types of compulsory insurance at RUR 43.2 m.

Insurance settlements paid out by Ingosstrakh North-Western Regional Center branches under 2013 insurance made RUR 785.2 m, including those under optional personal insurance at RUR 31.5 m, under property insurance, other that liability insurance, at RUR 417.2 m, optional liability insurance at RUR 26.6 m, MOD payments at RUR 308.9 m, and those under types of compulsory insurance at RUR 1.1 m.

The most rapidly growing areas of business of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company North-Western Regional Center in 2013 were: individual property insurance at RUR 22.6 m (50% increment); accident and health insurance at RUR 12.9 m (49% increment); compulsory third-party liability insurance of hazardous facility owner against infliction of harm due hazardous facility accident at RUR 32.9 m (38% increment).

The responsibility area of the North-Western Regional Center includes Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Branches located in Arkhangelskaya, Vologodskaya, Kaliningradskaya, Murmanskaya, Novgorodskaya and Pskovskaya regions, and the Republic of Karelia, Komi, and Nenets Autonomous Area.
