OREANDA-NEWS. April 22, 2014. Please be informed that as from June 16, 2014 changes in commission fees for JSC “NORVIK BANKA” current account maintenance for private individuals come into force.

The changes intend that the commission fee for inactive account maintenance is determined in amount of 0.70 EUR per month (previous commission: 0.71 EUR/0.50 LVL per month for clients with accounts opened after July 1, 2011). The fee will be withheld from the accounts in whose there have been no banking transactions carried out on client’s request within last 3 years and account balance does not exceed 15 EUR (or its equivalent in another currency) and the client has no other active contracts for banking services in JSC “NORVIK BANKA”. When there will be no positive balance on this account, the Bank will close it.

Additionally, as from May 6, 2014 for legal entities and as from June 16, 2014 for private individuals new commission fee for drawing up of legal documents will be introduced, giving to the Bank rights to set commission fee for drawing up of legal documents in the amount up to 140 EUR.

We remind You that in case if You don’t agree with changes above You have the rights to resign from further receiving of the Bank’s services (in accordance with the General Provisions for Transactions of JSC “NORVIK BANKA”, Clause 8.5. of Part I) prior to the effective date of the new commission fees, by submitting of corresponding application in any branch of the Bank or by sending of the notification through the internet banking system e-NORVIK. In case, if above mentioned application or notification is not submitted by the above indicated term, we will consider that You agree with the changes of commission fees.
