Kazakhstan Completes Creation of Integrated Information System
OREANDA-NEWS. April 21, 2014. It is expected to complete creation of an integrated information system for personnel management "e-kyzmet" by the end of 2015 in Kazakhstan. This was informed by the Chairman of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs Alikhan Baimenov at a seminar in Astana.
According to him, this system is designed to automate the activities of the Agency and Personnel Management of public authorities in accordance with the best international experience.
An international expert, head of the Dutch public company P-Direkt Sylvia Bronmans was invited to the seminar. She has experience in the field of automation of personnel processes in the public sector of Holland. She spoke about the basic functions and directions of the company which is the most advanced European model to centralize some services in state agencies. P-Direkt is currently engaged in centralization and standardization of personnel processes of ten ministries.
"Yesterday we had a good meeting. Prior to this, our experts visited the Netherlands, studied the experience as well as they did the experience of South Korea, Austria, UK. This entire international experience will be used by us as to create "e-kyzmet" and the further improvement of the system of human resource management," A. Baimenov concluded.
