According to Q1 2014, the revenue of MegaFon Internet store has increased by 220% year-on-year. One of the main reasons for the growth is a new system of order and reservation of goods, which allows customers of the Internet store receive their orders in any MegaFon store. In December 2013, when this system was launched, the revenue of MegaFon Internet store amounted to 220 million rubles.

A wide range of MegaFon's low-priced mobile devices, development of 4G network and favourable offers - these are the points that led the company to record growth of smartphones sales in the online store. In Q1 2014 share of smartphones in phone sales of MegaFon Internet store has reached 83% in comparison with Q1 2013 when the share was 40%.

Today a customer wants to get high quality service at any time and in any place, that is why we are constantly improving online-sales mechanisms. Recently we have updated the design of our website, made it easier and more user-friendly. Moreover, we have organized the service of SIM-card on-site replacement.
