Low currency risks, high insurance protection of investees, the low share of receivables in assets and the absence of payables as of December 31, 2013, had a positive impact on the Company rating.

The Agency's analysts regard low liquidity, the high debt level of the investee companies, as well as their loss and narrow geographic footprint among the rating-restraining factors.
