OREANDA-NEWS. April 14, 2014. Fortune (Chinese version) released the list for “China’s Top 50 Most Influential Business Leaders”, where Sinochem Group President Liu Deshu has been listed among top 10 for four consecutive years, ranking 8th this year.

Sinochem Group, as Fortune noted, has been A-rated for 9 consecutive years in the business assessment conducted by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and its helmsman Liu Deshu has been perseveringly advancing the strategic transformation and management reform of the large-sized central enterprise to accomplish its prolonged, steady and rapid development and enhance its global competitiveness as a multinational corporation. According to Fortune, Sinochem Group maintained stable growth amid the unfavorable external environment last year as a market-oriented central enterprise.

This year’s list is considered to have distinct features of "led by young Internet elites and backed up by China’s most senior entrepreneurs”. The others among the top 10 business leaders were Mr. Ma Huateng from Tencent, Mr. Yang Yuanqing from Lenovo, Mr. Ren Zhengfei from Huawei, Mr. Song Zhiping from CNBM and Sinopharm, Mrs. Dong Mingzhu from Gree, Mr. Ma Yun from Alibaba, Mr. Liu Qiangdong from JD, Mr. Wang Jianlin from Wanda, as well as Mr. Liu He, Director of the Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Affairs of the CPC and Vice Chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission.
