OREANDA-NEWS. April 11, 2014. By Rosmorrechflot regulation dated No. SG-119-r, in accordance with the Federal constitutional law No. 6-FKZ “On Adoption to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and Formation within the Russian Federation of New Entities - the Republic of Crimea and the City of Federal Significance Sevastopol”, it was decided to amend the FSUE “Rosmorport” Statute due to the creation of the two new enterprise branches – the Crimea Basin Branch and the Sevastopol Branch.

The new branches will be located in the two new entities of the Russian Federation, namely the Crimea Republic and the city of federal significance Sevastopol.

The amendments of the enterprise Statute were entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Bodies and were registered on 01 April 2014 by Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia No. 46 in Moscow under state registration number 7147746904969.

On the grounds of the amendments to the enterprise Statute made by Rosmorrechflot, FSUE “Rosmorport” by its orders No. 117 and No. 118 approved the statutes on the FSUE “Rosmorport ”Crimea Basin Branch and the FSUE “Rosmorport Sevastopol Branch consequently.
