OREANDA-NEWS. April 11, 2014. A decision has been taken at Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) to make a loan in the form of a nonrevolving credit line with a drawdown limit of up to 75 million rubles to Ussuri Balsam OJSC.

The loan agreement the lender and borrower signed is the second loan agreement entered into by the parties within the framework of cooperation between the Bank and the biggest alcohol producer in Primorie Territory. On the first occasion, the Bank gave over 200 million rubles in loan to the company.

The credit line will be in effect for up to 60 months, and the borrower will use it to fund its current operations and investment projects.

Ussuri Balsam OJSC is a member of the Sinergia Group of Companies. Sinergia is the biggest company active on the Russian alcohol market. Production of strong alcoholic drinks is the company’s strategic activity.
