OREANDA-NEWS. The Bank of Moscow, acting on behalf of the DIA as an Agent Bank, starting from April 9, 2014 began to pay insurance reimbursement to the depositors of CB Sovincom, LLC.

The Bank of Moscow is receiving applications for reimbursement and other necessary documents, as well as is performing compensation payments to the depositors of CB Sovincom, LLC on accounts (deposits), open both for business and other activities.

The Bank of Moscow will perform the payments not less than till October 9, 2014 (after that payments will be performed through an Agent Bank or the DIA itself).

The Bank of Moscow will pay insurance reimbursement to the depositors of CB Sovincom, LLC in Moscow and Moscow region (such cities as Dolgoprudny, Lyubertsy, Mytishchi, Odintsovo).

The reimbursement of deposits is to be paid to the depositor in the amount of 100 percent of the sum of all his accounts (deposits) in the bank, including those, opened for business purposes, but not more than 700 thousand roubles in total.

For bank deposits (accounts) in foreign currency insurance reimbursement is to be calculated in roubles at the rate of the Bank of Russia on the date of the revocation of license — March 26, 2014. If there are counter-claims of the bank to a depositor, the sum of such claims is to be deducted from the deposit amount (accounts) at the calculation of insurance compensation sum.

The amount of deposits (accounts), not compensated by insurance, is to be repaid during the liquidation of the bank as a part of the first stage creditors’ claims (for accounts opened for business activities — as a part of the third stage creditors’ claims).

If, after reimbursement, a part of the depositors’ deposits (accounts) still remain outstanding, then the depositors can issue a creditor’s claim against the bank directly at the offices of the Bank of Moscow immediately after the payment of insurance compensation.
