OREANDA-NEWS. Technical specialists of branch of JSC "MOESK" - Northern Electric Grids have completed a transfer of feeders 6 and 10 kV into new indoor switchgears (ISG) in the course of reconstruction of 110/10/6 kV substation " Sheremetyevo".

Equipment of two-unit ISG 6 kV and four-unit ISG 10 kV was installed in December of 2013.

32 feeders of 10 kV and 13 feeders of 6 kV have been transferred into the new indoor switchgear. Provision of the subscribers with the electric power on lines of 10 and 6 kV was made according to the main scheme.

Director of branch of JSC "MOESK" - Northern Electric Grids Alexey Irzhak emphasizes that in the course of reconstruction, which is being carried out within the framework of the Governor's program of Andrey Vorob'yev "Our Moscow Region. Priorities of development", the transformer capacity of the feeding center has increased by one third and amounted to 126 MVA. Beside increase of reliability and quality of the power supply of the namesake international airport complex, reconstructed substation " Sheremetyevo" will create the additional opportunities for the economic growth of Solnechnogorsk, Mytischi municipal districts and city district Khimki, will make it possible to implement the new technological connections. The total scope of the investments into the feeding center reconstruction will amount to about RUR 1 bln.
