Uralmashplant Ships One more Induration Machine to India
OREANDA-NEWS. Uralmashplant shipped induration machine MOK-2-189 (189 sq. m of engineering area) for Indian company Stemcor Mesa DMCC.
The Induration machine is designed for Shri Jagannath Steels & Power Ltd. Its annual output is 1,2 million tons of pellets for the blast-furnace production and metallization.
Exact requirements to production appearance are considered during manufacturing of the equipment. In addition, Uralmashplant shipped to the customer the in-line equipment of the induration machine and designed detailed basic project and performance specification for metalware.
The machine has the reequipment and output expansion potential. Now the negotiation concerning reequipment of machines for operating on two types of fuel: fuel oil and coal gas.
Mounting preparation in India is already in process. Contract supervision of equipment will be carried out by Uralmash engineers.
At present Uralmashplant has a strong stand on Indian market: three induration machines are being manufactured for different enterprises of India, reequipment of two walking draglines is in process, mounting of the equipment at the second unit of the Kudankulam Nuclear Power Plant is being finished, the ring-rolling mill will be put in commercial operation soon. The plant is preparing to another tender for delivery of walking draglines and induration machines for Indian customers.
