OREANDA-NEWS. ALIDI started to provide distribution services for Nestle on the new territories in Kenya (Eastern Africa). In February 2014 ALIDI started Nestle distribution in the Rift Valley region. Since September 2013 ALIDI has been responsible for Nestle distribution in the Mount Region and North Nairobi. During six months of operations ALIDI Kenya team proved its ability to achieve good results and to demonstrate high standards of work quality.

In the middle of January 2014 ALIDI made necessary arrangements to prepare for the startup, the first delivery was made on the 7th of March. To provide services in the new region ALIDI opened two warehouses in Eldoret and Nakuru. 14 new employees, who joined ALIDI sales team, cover 5000 outlets on the territory of 182505 sq.m. with the population of 10 mln. people. The number of vehocles also increased by 8 tricycles (tuk-tuks) and 2 vans.

Today ALIDI Kenya team counts more than 40 employees. The company owns 18 tricycles and 6 vans, operating on the warehouses of 900 sq.m. in total.

“We expect a 50% growth of the total sales volume on the new territory. We thank our partner, Nestle company, for the trust and we will do our best to show good results in the new regions, - says Ilya Patralov, Director of ALIDI Kenya. - We have implemented centralized orders processing and the accounting, which let us save on staff and ERP. In the nearest future we plan is to launch the system of mobile sales, which will reduce the time of orders processing and make positive influence on sales volume increase”.
