Crimean and Sebastopol OFAS Russia were formed on 27th March 2014.

The Acting Head of Crimean OFAS Russia is Vladimir V. Belyaev.

The Acting Head of Sebastopol OFAS Russia is Vyacheslav S. Tokarev.
