OREANDA-NEWS. April 09, 2014. Air Astana has taken delivery of its new Airbus A320, on an operating lease. This makes our fleet the youngest in Central Asia and one of the youngest in the world.

The narrow-bodied, medium-range jet airliner has 148 seats: 16 in business class and 132 in economy. The new aircraft will be integrated into the route network and fly to Almaty, Astana, Beijing, Delhi, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Istanbul and Abu Dhabi.
 
Air Astana’s fleet has now grown to 31 aircraft, including 9 Airbus A320s. The arrival of one more Airbus A320 is expected soon.
