OREANDA-NEWS. Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev held a working meeting with Vladimir region Governor Svetlana Orlova. At theirmeeting, they discussed prospective lines of cooperation between the region and Vnesheconombank Group including investment projects that are of top priority for the region.

The two sides confirmed their readiness to cooperate in carrying out measures aimed at the region's comprehensive development and at enhancing its socio-economic and industrial potential.

Vnesheconombank's corporate governance bodies have already approved VEB's participation in 2 investment projects of the Vladimir region in the total amount of 7.21 billion rubles, with Vnesheconombank's participation being 5.50 billion rubles. As a result of the said investment projects' implementation 570 new jobs are expected to be created, a budgetary effect is to amount to 3118 million rubles.
