OREANDA-NEWS. April 08, 2014. Kazakhtelecom JSC launches a service developed by innovational sub-division of the company on basis of OTT technology (Over-The-Top – technology hat assumes video signal delivery by internet).

New service will provide users ability to watch tv channels and video content at various mobile and multimedia devices (mobiles and pads on base of iOS/Android, PC and notebooks on base of Windows/MacOS) connected to broadband data transfer network of Kazakhtelecom JSC (including by means of WiFi).

"iD TV Online"  will be provided as extra service of "iD TV" through broadband access of Kazakhtelecom without Set Top Box. To use service you have to enter the site http://www.online.id-tv.kz from PC on base of Windows XP/7/8, MacOS, or download and install mobile apps on iOS/Android. For comfort and continuous review, adaptive system of quality control is used, which allows dynamically changing pictures quality depending on channel download.

Channels batch is provided to "iD TV Online" users by monthly subscription with chance to purchase "VoD" films and movies, also free access to definite "VoD" films. Users of the service can pay for one time "VoD" purchases through PIN code with further invoicing after calculation period, also in nearest future to subscribe to "iD TV Online" payment service will be included to personal Kazakhtelecom subscriber’s account.

To subscribe to "iD TV Online" service, users of Kazakhtelecom services can in personal cabinet of http://www.idport.kz, also apply to nearest subscribers’ department.
