OREANDA-NEWS. Cord fabric dipping plant and thermofixation construction was completed and process start-up was successfully performed at JSC KuibyshevAzot. Pilot lots were produced. Currently product is at the testing in company's laboratories and equipment is tuned up to achieve indicators required by customers. In the nearest time cord fabric will be sent to customers for testing.

Project incorporates modern technology solutions, ensuring efficient use of dipping materials and improvement of fabric physical and mechanical properties. The supplier of equipment is Benninger Zell (Germany). Production capacity - 33 million linear meters.

The plant is designed for dipping of cord fabric produced at Togliatti and Kursk production sites of KuibyshevAzot group companies, including planned capacity increase.

Earlier JSC Kuibyshevazot and LLC Kurskhimvolokno produced only greige polyamide cord fabric, now company can offer product with a higher added value and expand into new market outlets. The deliveries are planned for Russian tire plants and for export.

Volume of investments in the project amounts to 823 million rubles.
