OREANDA-NEWS. On 27 March 2014 in Astana, Bakytzshan Kazhiyev, the chairman of the Management Board of KEGOC, met with the employees of the company's head office to report on the results of operations in 2013 and plans for the coming year.

Earlier the chairman held the reporting meetings with the employees of the company's branches in the cities of Ekibastuz, Karaganda, Almaty, and Rudny. In addition, the Board members held the reporting meetings with company's branches in the cities of Aktobe, Atyrau, Shymkent, and Ust-Kamenogorsk. These meetings were also attended by the representatives of PA "Energotehprofsoyuz" (professional association of employees) and KF "Centre for Social Partnership".

During the meetings, the management informed employees of the company on the operational and financial results, and the main goals and objectives of the company for the coming period. Particular attention was paid to the main provisions of the Address of the President of Kazakhstan, the results of sustainable development and the measures to improve effectiveness of the social policies. The management also replied to the questions of the employees on production plans, working conditions, and social programs.

The chairman highlighted the achievements in the field of corporate social responsibility and human development, and said that the company's business processes met modern technical, economic requirements and quality standards in the field of environment, occupational health and safety.

The management reporting meetings are held to inform the employees about the strategic goals and objectives of the company, to strengthen communication with employees of the branches and to engage them into discussion of the topical issues on improvement of KEGOC's operations.
