Please note that FEIB Online personal Internet banking is only available to customers in Moscow and the Moscow Oblast. Internet banking via the FEIB Portal for corporate customers is open to companies in Moscow, the Moscow Oblast, St. Petersburg, and the Leningrad Oblast.

FEIB Online provides Internet banking services for individuals. Please note that there are currently some restrictions on the system 's operation, as it only operates with bank cards (receiving bank statements, making payments, and transferring money between cards). In the future, functionality will be extended to operate with all client accounts (including debit and credit accounts) and will include the ability to make interbank transfers.

FEIB Portal provides two types of banking services for the Bank's corporate customers: Internet Banking and PC Banking. Internet Banking is intended to provide the Bank's customers with online services to manage their accounts via Internet Web browsers. PC Banking allows customers to manage their accounts off-line, utilizing additional software. The functionality and interface of these two services are the same. Both provide access to all documents, reports and FEIB Portal system help files. The client can choose whichever service is most convenient.
