OREANDA-NEWS. April 04, 2014. Forbes has ranked consumer credit issued to public service employees by Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) first, at the lowest interest in the market among the most accessible consumer loans.

The minimum full cost of an uncollateralized no-surety loan, including commissions and mandatory payments in favor of third parties, under loan agreement terms, was the principal criterion used by Forbes to assign a rank.

Sviaz-Bank issues nonpurpose consumer loans to employees of its partner companies and employees of public service institutions in amounts of minimum 30,000 rubles to maximum 3 million rubles for periods ranging from three months to five years. The minimum interest charged on a loan has been lowered to 12.9% per annum in rubles.

The rankings are based on data provided by banks and Forbes’s own calculations.
