The Kemerovo branch, Siberia, of Sviaz-Bank (Vnesheconombank Group) has opened a revolving credit line with a debt limit of 166.7 million rubles to Vostokneft Sibir LLC for a drawdown period of 18 months to provide funding to the company to increase its working capital.

Vostokneft Sibir LLC has fuel trading as its core business activity.
