OREANDA-NEWS. April 03, 2014. CCCC has recently signed the framework agreement on and business contract with the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs of Montenegro for the South-North Highway project in Montenegro.

With a contract value of 809 million euros and a construction period of 48 months, the project is the first-ever highway constructed in Montenegro as well as a highway constructed first and with the highest technical difficulty and construction difficulty in the overall transportation plan of the Government of Montenegro.

As CCCC's another achievement in further developing the Central and Eastern European market, the project's signing will effectively enhance CCCC's brand influence in this region. After the completion of the project and Bar-Berane Trunk Highway where the project are located, they will be connected to E763 Highway under construction in Serbia, thus connecting several countries in Central Europe and playing a positive role in promoting the development of north Montenegro's underdeveloped countries, south Montenegro's coastal tourism area and Bar port area.
