OREANDA-NEWS. April 02, 2014. Townhouses with the support of state program "Affordable Housing - 2020" will be built in Taraz.

This was announced during a meeting chaired by Akim of the Zhambyl Region Karim Kokrekbayev with Kazakhstan’s construction companies. It was attended by leaders of such companies as JSC "IO" Kazakhstan Mortgage Company", JSC "Zhilstroysberbank Kazakhstan", LLP "Tam Kurylys", LLP "Binom", etc.

From this year the company LLP "Tam Kurylys" will begin the construction of townhouses for 130 families using Canadian technology. Governors of the region have already decided questions to allocate lands for the construction of such houses. In addition, the townhouses will be available through the program "Affordable Housing - 2020". As is known, townhouses are now popular in the USA, Canada and Russia, and they will meet all the standards and requirements for seismic safety.

Along with this, JSC "IO "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" would start construction of two apartment houses in the micro-district "Baiterek" in Taraz this year. In particular, about 200 families of Taraz will receive the keys to the apartments through the KMC until the end of the year.

As is known, Zhambyl Region’s Akimat and dependent company of JSC "IO "Kazakhstan Mortgage Company" – JSC "Kazakhstan Housing and Construction Corporation" have already signed a memorandum of cooperation in the framework of the state program "Affordable Housing-2020".
