OREANDA-NEWS. Trubodetal plant (Trubodetal OJSC, based in Chelyabinsk, part of United Metallurgical Company, OMK CJSC) has extended its certificate of compliance with Gazprom's requirements for suppliers.

The auditors monitored the quality management system, evaluated the production processes, risk management, the internal audit system, and a number of other aspects. The audit's results testify that Trubodetal's quality management system is operating efficiently, and it is developing successfully. Therefore, the plant has confirmed its compliance with Gazprom's standards from the year 2006. The plant is planning to acquire Gazprom's STO 9001 certificate of the 2012 version in the near future.

“The auditors noted that Trubodetal is not only paying a lot of attention to quality management, but also to staff relations and professional growth. Its operation is geared towards the needs of a particular client and that client's interests,” said Igor Voronin, Trubodetal's Managing Director.
