OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2014. Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law "On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2014-2016 years" at the plenary session.

"Approved for 2014, the amount of the guaranteed transfer from the National Fund will increase by 100 billion tenge and amount to KZT 1 trillion 480 billion," the Minister of Economy and Budget Planning Yerbolat Dossayev said presenting the bill.

The Minister noted that the change to the law is brought in connection with the adjustment of the dollar up to 185 tenge produced by the National Bank of the country on 11 February.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 2 April, 2010 the guaranteed transfer to the national budget is fixed in absolute terms at the level of USD8 billion.
