OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2014. In particular, the amendments are going to be introduced to the law on FEZ and to the Customs Code to give more precise definitions to categories of domestic commodities imported to FEX for non-commercial purposes and to goods made in FEZ.

The amendments also specify other facets. For example, domestic goods imported to FEZ for non-commercial purposes are defined as goods that are not designed for sale and are not directly used in the technological process.

Goods manufactured in FEZ are defined as the goods entirely made in the FEZ, the goods processed enough for one of first digits in their classification code to be changed and the goods whose declared export value is higher than their declared import value due to the more-tnan-35% growth in the consumption and costs of the company.
