OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2014. B&N Bank’s interest-bearing documentary nonconvertible bearer exchange bonds of series BO-04  (identification number 4B020402562B dated December 25, 2013) are admitted to MICEX “A” quotation list of the 1st level according to resolution of MICEX Board of Directors.

This fact proves a strong credit quality of the issuer.

B&N Bank successfully placed 6-year BO-04 exchange bonds of RUB 2bn with a 1-year put option (February 2015) on February 14,  2014. Interest rate for the first and second coupons was fixed at 12%.
